Phase 1 focuses on the design and layout of your spa, providing expertise in space allocation, operating supplies, and equipment selection. We offer consultation on spa design and layout, ensuring that treatment rooms, lounges, and reception areas are both functional and stylish. Our insights into industry trends guide the design process, helping to create a cohesive spa concept that resonates with clients.

During this phase, we focus on enhancing various aspects of spa management and performance. We provide comprehensive personnel training in sales, product knowledge, and customer service, alongside specialized aesthetic service training. Leadership coaching is available to build spa management skills, complemented by action plans for improving overall spa performance and staff development. Our HR support extends to both staff and management, ensuring a well-rounded team. We also assist in the development of treatment protocols and service menus that align with customer expectations and industry trends, while offering professional and retail product recommendations. We can also focus on revenue management and budget control, and we implement mystery guest programs to assess service quality. Additionally, we provide marketing and advertising suggestions, develop spa specials for the calendar year, and implement strategies for effective inventory loss control.

Phase 3 of our support focuses on developing essential business protocols and systems to ensure smooth operations. This includes designing and implementing training protocols, creating a comprehensive employee handbook, and providing spa/salon software training. We also offer health and safety training to maintain a secure environment and assist with staff recruitment to build a strong and capable team.
